A Loan Signing Service specializes in the notarization of loan documents. The documents include Title/Mortgage Loan Closings, Refinancing, and HELOC/HELOAN Closing documents.
Standard Notarizations are $25 for the first form. Should you need multiple signatures, the cost will then drop to $10 for each additional form.
Loan Signing Services are $150 per loan closing. Should you need more than the
standard 3-5 signatures, you will incur an additional $10 per signature.
